Here we are again, dear blog readers!
The topic of discussion for today is none other than the Crouch Family, a super fun clan from Fort Smith, Arkansas. If the names or faces look familiar to you, it’s because I’ve photographed this family several times before.
Howdy! Welcome back!
Oh how I just adore the family I’m blogging about today. I’m lucky enough to say I have known them for years and I have photographed them several times! I truly can’t believe how much Maddie has grown and changed since I took her newborn photos just a few months ago.
So we meet again, dear blog readers!
The topic of discussion for today is none other than the Grahom, a super fun kiddo from Fort Smith, AR. If the names or faces look familiar to you, it’s because I’ve photographed this young one before. In fact I have had the privilege of watching him grow from his baby shower to his 2nd birthday! I love my job!
On occasion I’m asked for advice related to what someone or family should wear to their photography portrait session. Now I am by no means a fashionista, but I am pretty good with color, so here are some ideas on great color combinations for fun summer photos.
We meet again,wonderful blog readers!
I recently photographed Kristin and Ray at River Front Park in Fort Smith, Arkansas. This soon-to-be wedded couple will be getting married on February 28, 2015. I can’t wait to capture this lovely couples wedding memories!
Hi gang! Welcome back to my blog.
I always enjoy photographing weddings. There’s so much love in the air and the bride and groom spent so much time carefully planning all the details. It was not any different for Michael and Keeahan’s gorgeous wedding, either!
I had the wonderful opportunity to capture Katlin’s senior portraits and have since dubbed her gypsy girl as the essence of her photos just scream it. I had so much fun working with Katlin and her mom. Katlin’s personality was very fun and vibrant and it comes out in every photo.
As if the stress of planning a wedding isn’t enough, a recent wedding with bride and groom Emily and TJ went from planned as an early spring garden wedding and turned into a white winter wedding! But what a calm bride a groom they turned out to be! Where as most would have been panicking, they took it in stride and still were able to pull off a wonderful, elegant affair for all!
It’s finally warming up some here and we were able to get out as a family a couple of weekends in a row now. Spring might be finally around the corner. I love Spring and am ready to see the flowers start blooming and to get my camera out of the cobwebs. I got a new camera recently and have been running it through its paces the past few weeks and I am loving its performance and have already gotten some great shots.
It’s wedding season! And with that comes lots of brides and grooms with questions on “where to begin” and “how much is that going to cost”. I know that every bride has a particular idea in their mind about what they want for the wedding day, but usually the reality may have to be something different.
In this day and age everything is mobile. You can get an app that tracks your budget, let’s you video chat with your friends, and acts as a flashlight all on the same tablet or phone. Everyday a new cutting edge app is released. Wouldn’t you want your own custom app? How cool would it be to be able to show that off to your family and friends?
I didn’t even know what Boudoir photography was up to 3 years ago when my sister-in-law and I ran across it and began researching it for our husbands. Of course it probably helped seal the decision when both of our husbands told us “there was no way we were brave enough to go through with it”… CHALLENGE ACCEPTED!
In the spirit of winter being the busiest season for engagements, I put together this post to help those already engaged decide on a great wedding photographer. Most wedding photographers will have a list of questions that you should ask before booking or they might have a FAQ that answers some of your questions like “What’s your style?” and “What equipment do you shoot with?” but do these really get to the root of what you want to know? Probably not, so I put together this list of questions that you might want to ask to really get to know your photographer and decide if they are right to you.
